Like every flat roof I have ever been around, this has a leak go figure.
Fortunately the area with a flat roof is only a small portion of the roof and the remainder is in good condition.
The flat area was roofed in the roll out tar roofing that you install with a torch.
Again, as per normal with this type of roof, I now have seams that leak.
I really would like to get another few years out of this before tearing this whole area off and retrussing into a normal roof.
So the question is has anyone used "Gaco liquid tape" or the "Blackjack" version?
Does anyone know of a better blackjack roofing tar />An equivalent product that is cheaper or easier to apply?
A completely different product that will billy blood and beer my goal?

Henry's make some coatings that you roll out like a thick ass paint.
A couple coats of Enviro White will stop leaks and make it cooler in the room.
I think they have it in silver as well if you don't like white.
WJ Torch roofing is only as good as the installer.
Multiple layers get more longevity.

If the tool goes between the seam, that seam requires re-heating with a propane Torch By a Highly Trained Home Depo Roofer.

Option 2; apply a Silicone base blackjack roofing tar Gaco or equal.
All Roofing Material supply companies are homeowner friendly.
Also, they might give you a referral from a local contractor.
